Ola Fulfilment Scheduler (“App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides delivery scheduling and fulfillment coordination features for Shopify merchants (“Merchants”). This Privacy Policy explains how we process data when Merchants use the App.

1. Who this policy applies to

• Shopify Merchants who install and use the App
• Merchant customers’ information processed through the Merchant’s Shopify store (“Customer Data”)

2. Information we process

• Merchant store data: store domain, settings (zones/capacities/blackouts)
• Order data: order identifiers, timestamps, fulfillment/financial status, delivery metadata
• Delivery-related customer information (Protected Customer Data): name, phone, shipping address — only as needed to schedule and coordinate deliveries

3. How we use information

• Delivery date selection, zone eligibility, and capacity limits
• Delivery routing/scheduling workflows for merchants
• Order sync via Shopify webhooks (create/update/cancel)
• Support and troubleshooting

We do not sell Customer Data and do not use it for marketing or advertising.

4. Data retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the App functionality and operational history. Merchants can request deletion of store data by contacting support.
