These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Ola Fulfilment Scheduler (“App”). By installing or using the App, you (“Merchant”, “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Service

The App provides delivery scheduling and fulfillment coordination tools for Shopify merchants, including delivery zones, blackout dates, and capacity limits.

2. Merchant responsibilities

• Provide accurate configuration (zones, capacities, blackout dates)
• Comply with applicable laws and Shopify policies
• Ensure you have the right to process customer data in your store

3. Authorized use

You may use the App only for lawful store operations. You may not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to exploit the App or its infrastructure.

4. Data & privacy

The App processes data only as necessary to provide delivery scheduling features. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
